Founded in the 1950s, Bhaichand Amoluk, controlled by the Vora family, is a diversified Indian business group with interests across specialty chemicals, healthcare services, insurance administration, financial services, and strategic investments. Headquartered in Mumbai, the group has built a longstanding presence across multiple industries while expanding internationally through its operating companies and investment activities.

The group traces its origins to the insurance and reinsurance sector in India and over the decades diversified into manufacturing, healthcare administration, investments, and international business operations. Today, the group operates across India and global markets through its businesses and strategic partnerships.

Past strategic investments include AdminServer (USA), which was acquired by Oracle Corporation for approximately USD 120 million, and Willis BA India, a joint venture with Willis Towers Watson, from which the group exited through a settlement transaction valued at approximately USD 11 million.

The group also has strategic investments and interests in businesses such as Ellidore, Graphite GTC, BSIDEU Ambulance Services, Vernost and Kolkata Kingz. In addition to operating businesses, the group actively participates in Indian equity markets and strategic investment opportunities through its investment and family office activities.
